I can see why some people do it, but I wouldn't. I would feel like I was cheating. Also, ADHD won't really effect an EVE player's attention span. ADD will, though.

IMO, fighting experienced pilots/pirates is a good idea. You won't learn anything by beating people who are worse than you. Just get a frig gang, roam lowsec, and when you die ask yourself what went wrong, and how to fix it next time.

Some people can be that poor! It's also possible that they started off with a low amount of money on purpose. Either to minimize losses, or just because they like a challenge. That's what I'm doing.
